Description: Getting your own organisation’s health and safety culture right is one thing, but how do you make sure that people who work with you, but not directly for you are fully aligned with what you are trying to achieve? With a different set of standards and expectations and a sometimes-transient workforce, managing the health and safety of contractor’s organisations can be a tough challenge.
