Description: For many, public speaking is one of their greatest fears… and yet of some people within any business, this is a required part of the job, especially when people need convincing that management are serious about improving the health and safety culture and not just saying the right things to please the HSE and stay out of jail. Fortunately, as with many things in life, public speaking is all about confidence and confidence is largely about having the right skills and the right mind-set.
